Kristin Gudjonsdottir was born in Reykjavik, Iceland in 1966. She graduated in 1995 with a BFA degree in sculpture and glass from California College of Arts and Crafts. She was an Emerging Artist-in-Residence at Pilchuck Glass School in Washington state in the fall of ‘95. The fall of ‘96 she was in a residency at the Kohler factory in Kohler, Wisconsin. I was born in Iceland in 1966. I came to the Bay Area in 1991 to get a BFA in sculpture and glass at the California College of Arts and Crafts. I stayed there for four years after I graduated, went to two residencies. The Pilchuck Glass School Emerging Air and the Kohler residency in addition to setting up my studio.
